If kept at the correct temperature of not more than 4 degrees C, our salads will maintain their fresh, healthy nature for at least five days.
As all our salads are made to order, we require at least one day's notice (more notice may be required during the peak season) to be able to offer you with the freshest possible salads. We only make to your order and do not hold stock salads.
As a catering guide, we suggest you divide the number of guests by five and this will give you a guide to the total salad weight required. For example, if you have 50 guests you will need approx. 10 Kgs of mixed salads of your choice. Our staff are always ready to advise.......and don't forget the fresh fruit salad.
